Conditions for the Use of Net4Connect Mobile Services and SIM Cards
Your agreement with us (this “agreement”) is made up of the following documents:
- The Service Agreement;
- The relevant tariff for the Services we agree to provide to you;
- Any further conditions relating to specific Services;
- These Conditions for Mobile Services; and
- The Conditions for Communication Services.
In the event of any discrepancy between documents listed above, the document listed first will take precedence.

Key Highlights
SIM Card Ownership
SIM Cards remain the property of Net4 and must be returned upon request. Report lost or stolen cards immediately.
Service Coverage
Services provided within UK network area with roaming options available. Coverage may vary by location.
Responsible Use
Services must be used legally and appropriately. Excessive or improper use may result in suspension.
Contract Terms
Minimum terms apply. 30 days notice required for cancellation outside minimum term.
